If you have experienced disruption of your employment due to the COVID-19 pandemic (Corona virus) and would like assistance to apply for the various unemployment assistance programs, please fill out this form below. We are looking for volunteers to help out with the application process! Volunteers will be invited to participate in a brief training before starting the work.
